WNR.AI is shutting down on December 31, 2025

As of December 17, 2025, we’re beginning the sunset of WNR.AI. The app will be shut down by the end of the year and will no longer be available after December 31, 2025 (11:59 PM UTC).

We know this is disappointing, and we’re grateful to everyone who’s used WNR.AI. This page covers what’s changing and what to expect.

What’s changing

On December 31, 2025, we will:

  • Turn off access to WNR.AI
  • Disable sign-ins and stop delivering new messages
  • End support for the app

After shutdown:

  • You won’t be able to log in
  • Chats will no longer be accessible in the app

What you can do before shutdown

Because WNR.AI doesn’t support exports, there isn’t an automated way to download your conversation history.

If you’d like to keep important information, we recommend:

  • Copy/paste key messages into a document
  • Take screenshots of important conversations

Timeline

  • Dec 17, 2025: Shutdown announced
  • Now → Dec 31, 2025: App remains available
  • Dec 31, 2025 (11:59 PM PT): Service shuts down
  • After shutdown: The app and chat history are no longer accessible

What happens to my data?

After shutdown:

  • Access ends: You will not be able to access your account or chat history in WNR.AI
  • Retention & deletion: We will retain data for a limited period for operational and legal purposes, then delete it in accordance with our policies

Can I keep using WNR.AI until Dec 31?

Yes. The app will remain available until December 31, 2025 (11:59 PM UTC).

Can you send me my chat history?

We don’t have an export feature, and we can’t provide automated downloads of chat history. If there are specific messages you need to keep, please save them manually before shutdown.

What if I miss the deadline?

After shutdown, you won’t be able to access the app or your chats. Please save anything important before Dec 31.

Why are you shutting down?

We’re making changes to our product focus and can no longer support WNR.AI at the level we want to provide.
